Reorganized *.pcf flash file names

From now on, the flash files for the following models: E770, E8, K1, K1s, K3, L2, L6, L6i, L7, L7i_L7e, L9_L72, M702iG, M702iS, V1050, V1075, V1150, V360 and V365 that contain SP lock, are having the word Locked in the end of the file name. Branded flash files contain NP name at the end.
